Overview:
With over 20 years’ experience, Julian joined Collard as an Operations Director to take operational control of Amiante STR and ensure compliance with operating procedures and current industry legislation.
Assisting with the re-shaping and enhancement of the asbestos division to mould it into the rest of the group services. Taking on the responsibility of accountability for the operational performance in terms of protecting the license and commercial performance, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Various asbestos removal works were carried out, with the primary scope focused on AIB boxings throughout the site, particularly in bathrooms and WCs. The project involved multiple enclosure setups and the successful completion of various non-licensed asbestos removals across the premises.
Coventry University

Various asbestos removal works were undertaken, with the main scope involving AIB removal across floors in multiple locations. The project also included the identification and remediation of debris contamination in isolated areas.
Lots Road Power Station (2017 to 2018)

Various asbestos removal works were completed, primarily focused on contaminated paint and debris found on the internal walls of the power station.
