Having undertaken two previous phases on Inland Homes development on the former ministry of Defence former school of languages at Wilton park, R Collard were awarded the third phase, ensuring the continuity of approach on the project.
Along with extensive asbestos removal processes being completed throughout the site, Amiante STR were required to attend site to complete the removal of pigeon guano from the upper floors and roof space. Utilising bio-degradable cleaning products and appropriate PPE and RPE, Amiante removed the 400m2 of guano contamination prior to the demolition team starting works to remove the buildings.
All hazardous / biological waste was removed from site to a licensed landfill which accepts these particular waste streams.
