This week marks National Apprenticeship Week, and as a business that is committed to supporting 30 apprentices through our system by 2030, we wanted to shine a light on one of our highest achievers: Kai Brookman.
Kai joined our late shift back in 2021 after being selected by one of our local colleges, Basingstoke College of Technology, as one of its most promising students. Since then, Kai has proven his tutors right, working hard on his three-year Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Apprenticeship.
The fleet is the backbone of Collard Group, and having talented technicians like Kai on board is crucial in keeping the entire operation running smoothly – it’s why we’re investing in our fleet and in our team, with 10 apprentices currently working in the business.
Now that he is qualified, Kai will focus on building his knowledge and expertise in the technical diagnosis of electrical systems. We’re looking forward to supporting him in the next stages of his Collard Group journey.
